All New Oktoberfest at Six Flags St. Louis

 Enjoy craft and seasonal brews, complemented by our limited time menu of German-inspired     dishes and desserts. All enjoyed while listening to live music surrounded by  a festive setting of fall and Oktoberfest décor.

Oktoberfest Imbissbude

  • Kielbasa – Grilled kielbasa with scalloped potatoes
  • Bavarian Pretzel – Soft baked Bavarian pretzel with zesty beer cheese
  • Mini Pretzel Dog – Beef hot dog wrapped in a soft pretzel with zesty beer cheese 
  • Fresh Fruit Cup – Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, red & green grapes
  • Apple Strudel – Strudel pastry with apple filling rolled in cinnamon sugar

Oktoberfest Nachspeisen

  • Pretzel Ice Cream – Salted caramel ice cream topped with pretzel pieces
  • German Chocolate cake – Slice of German chocolate cake topped with coconut-pecan icing
  • Pumpkin Pie – Slice of pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream & cinnamon sugar

Oktoberfest Leckere Kostproben

  • Beer Battered Cod Fillet – Crispy beer battered cod with tartar sauce
  • Fried Pierogies – Potato & cheese filled dumplings topped with sour cream and bacon
  • Chicken Schnitzel – Fried chicken breast with pepper mayo and sliced lemon served on a stick
  • Beer Bratwurst – Grilled beer bratwurst in a soft pretzel bun with sauerkraut, beer cheese & chives. Served with German potato salad
  • Scalloped Potatoes – Sliced russet potatoes in a creamy sauce topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream & chives
  • Potato Pancakes – Crispy fried potatoes topped with sour cream & chives and served with applesauce
  • German Potato Salad – Potatoes in German vinaigrette sauce mixed with smoky bacon, black pepper & parsley. Served hot
