We want to make sure you have a great time at Six Flags New England. So we’re always available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit us at the Guest Relations building located at the Main Gate and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you however we can.
Donations/Community Relations
Six Flags Friends is committed to supporting the local and regional New England community through a series of programs by encouraging local involvement and supporting the mission of various non-profits.
Guests with Disabilities
We strive to safely accommodate the needs of all guests including guests with disabilities. Please view our Guests with Disabilities page for information regarding safety and accessibility guidelines and our Attraction Access Passes. A copy of our Safety and Accessibility guide is available online as well as at Guest Relations.
Inclement Weather
For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Six Flags New England reserves the right to shut down rides, close the park and cancel any event due to inclement weather.
Lost Children
If your child gets lost or separated from your party, don’t panic! Contact a Six Flags staff member or security officer for assistance. You can also visit our Lost Parents areas located on Main Street and near Monsoon Marge’s in Hurricane Harbor. Before visiting, be sure to tell your children to contact a Six Flags employee if they get lost. We also encourage you to establish a special meeting place when you arrive, just in case your group becomes separated, as the park cannot make any personal pages.
Park Announcements
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcasted through the Park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.
