Six Flags Hurricane Harbor ONLY accepts card payments onsite. We have cash-to-card kiosks inside and outside the park.
Relax and enjoy the privacy of your own private cabana. These cabanas provide you with a fantastic place to escape the crowds and rest when needed. A limited number of exclusive cabanas are available each day and often sell out. For more information and to reserve your cabana, please visit the Cabana Information Page.
First Aid is located near the Der Stuka tower and the Tornado. Emergency Medical Personnel are on duty during all waterpark operating hours. If you need any assistance during your visit, do not hesitate to stop by First Aid, or notify the nearest Lifeguard. Our team would be happy to assist. Medications are not available at First Aid. However, medications are available for purchase at Cabana Bros. gift shop.
Claim or report your lost items at Lost and Found located at Guest Relations near the front gate. The Aquatics Staff cannot be responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved from the bottom of pools at the end of the night and kept at Lost and Found for seven days. Report your lost item online on our Lost & Found information page
Daily locker rentals are available at various locations throughout Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not be reserved in advance. Standard lockers are $13, large lockers are $15 and jumbo lockers are $18. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Inner tubes are available free of charge at each attraction that requires a tube to ride. Inner tubes must remain at the attraction after riding. You may use a provided tube once, then hand it to the next person in line. Relax and rent your own personal tube for the day at Hurricane Harbor. Tubes are not permitted on the slide attractions and Surf Lagoon (Wave Pool). Rental tubes may be used at Castaway Creek (Lazy River) and Suntan Lagoon (Activity Pool). Personal floats or tubes are not allowed inside Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. This includes infant floats.
Restrooms and drinking fountains are located throughout the park.
