Join us on select days in May and June for a vibrant celebration of cultures from around North and Latin America during ¡Viva La Fiesta!

Event Dates: May 13-14, 20-21, 27-28, June 3-4 and 10-11
Hours: 11:00am until one hour before park close

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom will come alive with folk art, colorful festoons, papel picado decór, and more. Move to the beat of the music, celebrating traditions from across North and Latin America. The park will buzz with vibrant musical performances and hands-on activities while mouthwatering scents of authentic foods fill the air!

Only during ¡Viva La Fiesta! will you experience a party quite like this!

Margarita Flights – Regular, Strawberry, Pineapple, and Cotton Candy
Chicharron ! – Fried pork rind or pork crackling that taste crispy and salty.
Ceviche ! – Dish made with raw fish or seafood that is marinated in citrus juice such as lime or lemon juice.
Avocado Chicken Salad ! – Salad made with diced chicken and avocado.

- Tri-Tip Skewers ! – Kebab made with tri-tip steak, a cut of beef that comes from sirloin. The steak is cut into cubes and threaded onto skewers along with vegetables such as bell peppers and onions.
- Choripan ! – Sandwich made with chorizo sausage and bread, topped with diced onions.
- Elote ! – Grilled corn on the cob that is coated with butter and lime juice.

- Shredded Beef with Lime Rice ! – Shredded beef that is tender and mixed with seasonings served on rice.
- Tostada De Tinga ! – Crispy tortilla topped with shredded chicken, refried beans, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream.
- Pink Paloma (Alcoholic/ Non-Alcoholic !) – Cocktail made with tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and a splash of grenadine.
- Tizana (Alcoholic Only) – Refreshing fruit punch mixed with chopped fruits and mixed with fruit juices.

- Empanadas ! – Fried and crispy snack filled with meat and vegetables.
- Sweet Platanos ! – Sliced and fried bananas until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Cholado ! – Dessert made with shaved ice, fruit, sweetened condensed milk, and fruit syrups.
