Join us on select days in May and June for a vibrant celebration of cultures from around North and Latin America during ¡Viva La Fiesta!

  • Event Dates: May 13-14, 20-21, 27-28, June 3-4 and 10-11
  • Hours: 11:00am until one hour before park close

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom will come alive with folk art, colorful festoons, papel picado decór, and more. Move to the beat of the music, celebrating traditions from across North and Latin America. The park will buzz with vibrant musical performances and hands-on activities while mouthwatering scents of authentic foods fill the air! 

Only during ¡Viva La Fiesta! will you experience a party quite like this!

  • Chicharron ! – Fried pork rind or pork crackling that taste crispy and salty.
  • Ceviche ! – Dish made with raw fish or seafood that is marinated in citrus juice such as lime or lemon juice.
  •  Avocado Chicken Salad ! – Salad made with diced chicken and avocado.
