What kinds of food are there at the park?
La Ronde offers a huge variety of specialty fares such as Greek, Lebanese, Indian, Italian and Asian along with park classics like hamburgers, hot-dogs and poutines. We also have many shops, carts and kiosks to quench your thirst and fill any salt or sugar cravings you might have. Try our wonderful candy-coated apples, popcorn, cotton candy, beaver tails, ice cream and other fun treats. There is truly a lot of variety to satisfy all appetites. Be on the lookout for our specials and remember to get a La Ronde Souvenir Cup which gives unlimited free refills on the day of its purchase! PARK INFORMATION

Is smoking permitted in the park?
La Ronde is smoke-free, so smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Please refer to park signs for designated smoking locations or ask a staff member. The same rule applies for electronic cigarettes. La Ronde does not sell cigarettes anywhere in the park.

Do you rent strollers and wheelchairs?
La Ronde has two locations where strollers and wheelchairs can be rented. The first is at the Main Gate near the lockers, and the second is at the Village entrance, in the Village Shop, which is also located near the lockers. You can either leave a deposit or your ID (i.e. driver’s license). Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a nominal daily charge.

Does La Ronde have automatic tellers (ATMs)?
There are several ATMs located throughout the park for your convenience and all are clearly identified on our park map.

Is there a place to store my belongings inside the park?
Yes, lockers are provided for that purpose and can be rented for the entire day. The first set of lockers can be found at the Main Gate (turn left after the turnstiles); and the second set are at the Village Entrance, specifically at the Château du bonbon, also on your left when you come in that way. Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a nominal daily charge.

What happens if I lose something while at the park?
Please visit the Information Counter located at La Ronde’s Main Entrance where a staff member will assist you. La Ronde and ride attendants are not responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding (ex: cell phones, cameras, money, sandals, sunglasses, etc.). Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved from secured ride areas when the park closes and kept at the Information Counter at the Main Gate. Click here for additional information.

Is it possible to leave purchases somewhere instead of renting a locker?
Absolutely. For your convenience and in order for you to enjoy your day at La Ronde, merchandise bought in any of our souvenir shops may be safely stored for the duration of your stay in the park. A staff member will inform you where to pick up your acquisitions subsequently. This courtesy service is valid on the date of purchase only, in all La Ronde souvenir shops.

What happens if it rains?
As Guest Safety is our number one priority, there are certain weather circumstances that may cause certain rides to stop operating due to rain or wind, but they reopen as soon as safe operations can be assured. Should the entire Park close earlier than scheduled or not open at all, the website operating calendar will be updated with the Park’s current operating status. However, most of the park’s shops and food concessions and the arcade remain open. Refunds and rain checks are not offered in cases of premature, partial or total closing of the park.

What is The Flash Pass and how does it work?
The Flash Pass is an electronic ride reservation system that holds your place in line at the park's most popular rides while you enjoy other attractions.  Learn more about Flash Pass. Note that there is a limited quantity of devices and that it is not included in the price of a daily admission ticket.

Do you have any suggestions if our party gets separated?
Arrange a meeting place and time should your party become separated (ex: at the foot of the Spirale or at the basin at the Main Gate. Although we are unable to page anyone, messages can be left for them at the Information Counter at the Main Gate. We have a Lost Parents Center there where our employees take children who have been separated from their family or group.
To avoid such unpleasantness, upon your arrival at La Ronde, ask for a bracelet for each child on which you will write their name, your name and cell phone number. Should you get separated, it will be easy for us to contact you. Bracelets are available upon request either at the Information Counter or with our Security Agents upon entering the park. Where can I find information for guests with disabilities?
To fully enjoy the day at La Ronde, start by visiting us at the Information Counter at the Main Gate so that we can help you chose the rides that will accommodate you best. Click here for more details. For further safety of those with hearing problems, impaired vision or having another condition that could alter their safety, it would be very prudent to notify the ride attendant before boarding. Do not hesitate to contact us with specific questions.

Are there safety restrictions for accessing rides?
Safety is our number one priority. Guests with certain body proportions, height and/or weight or with certain impairments may not be able to participate on certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Typical safety restrictions include height requirements, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines. These restrictions are listed on the specific ride pages throughout our website, and on signs posted at each ride. Contact us for specific questions. Remember that there is an inherent risk when using rides. Please act responsibly and obey all oral and written warnings when using the equipment. Violating these rules can result in getting expulsed from La Ronde without refund, exchange or compensation.

May I bring my own food and beverages into La Ronde?
No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into La Ronde. Exceptions are made for Guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food/formula. Guest should contact Park Security when they arrive at the Park for approval to bring in special dietary foods. The special dietary food containers will be marked and dated to clearly show that they have been approved for entry into the park. Two picnic areas are conveniently located outsides both entrances and lockers (small : $7, large : $12) are available to store food and other belongings, both on a first come, first served basis.

How do I re-enter the park if I have to leave for some reason?
Whether you have a season pass or an admission ticket and you have to leave for some reason but plan on returning to the park, you must get your hand stamped before leaving at the exit/re-entry gate. When returning to the park, you must enter through the re-entry gate with your proper hand stamp or re-entry will be refused. NOTICE: Transferring a hand stamp is a violation of Six Flags policies and is strictly forbidden.

Does La Ronde have a dress code?
In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, La Ronde strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn in the park at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Bathing suits, clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time (shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution). We are the parents of a small child but would like to ride a coaster like the Goliath. What can we do?
One parent must stay in the q-line while the other waits at the ride Exit with the child. When the first parent completes the ride, he/she meets up with the other parent and child. The second parent will then be able to embark. For more information, talk with the ride operator who will explain how this can work for you.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy
No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into La Ronde. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund. No one under age 18 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages and proper identification is required to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages at La Ronde. Additionally, consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed anywhere in the Guest parking lot. Click here for our complete rules and regulations.

Are pets permitted at La Ronde?
Pets are not permitted in the park, with the exception of service animals or those in training. It is also forbidden to leave pets inside your car during your visit to La Ronde. Click here for our complete rules and regulations.

What kind of items are forbidden on La Ronde’s site?

PRICING AND ADMISSION

When I buy my four pack season passes, can I register a person less than 54 inches tall?
Yes. Even though the four pack season passes are for four people 54 inches and taller, you can purchase some for those who are shorter as well.

Can I buy more than 4 season passes?
Yes, you have the option of buying up to 12 season passes per transaction.

When I buy my four pack season passes, must all four of us come to La Ronde at the same time to get our picture taken and receive our own individual pass?
No. Each person can come to La Ronde whenever it is convenient for them. However a child must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.

What are the current ticket prices?

Why buy a season pass instead of an admission ticket?

What does my La Ronde admission ticket include?
A Six Flags admission ticket includes unlimited fun on rides and all complimentary shows with the exception of certain attractions that require a fee such as the Catapulte, the Slight Shot, Go Karts, etc.

Does my child need a season pass or ticket?
Children two years old and younger receive free admission to La Ronde. A guest does not need a season pass until they turn three years old.

Does La Ronde offer a discount on admission for groups?
Yes, groups of 10 or more people are eligible for a group discount and can even take advantage of our catering service in a picnic area reserved specially for that purpose. You may visit the Groups page for more information.

I am having a problem with my online ticket order? What should I do?
For tickets and season passes, please contact Six Flags Ecommerce Guest Relations at (514) 397-2002.
For issues with online purchase of fireworks tickets, please call Admission at (514) 790-1245.

What if I have an unused season pass from a prior season?
Season passes bought at La Ronde or online cannot be used past their expiration date as they are only valid for the year they are purchased.

Does La Ronde sell Gift Certificates ?
La Ronde does not offer Gift Certificates; however, with Print-N-Go, you can purchase tickets online or at La Ronde directly and offer them anytime during the season. You may also obtain a prepaid daily entrance at one of our partners’ locations.

What methods of payment does La Ronde accept?
La Ronde accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, debit cards and travelers cheques. However certain restaurants only accept cash. ATM machines are available at many locations on the site.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets, season passes and all vouchers purchased on this site are non-refundable. Please be sure you have selected the correct tickets and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase. Six Flags does not offer cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges due to weather, mechanical breakdown, premature closing of the park, etc.

ONLINE PURCHASES

What should I do if I can’t print my online tickets?
You can have your tickets printed for you at the Service Counter at the Main Gate. You will need the credit card you used to order the tickets, I.D. and your order confirmation number.

What if I cannot print my ticket(s)? Please check your printer:

  • Make sure your printer is plugged in, properly connected and turned on.
  • That all colour and black ink cartridges contain ink and are working properly.

If you are still unable to print your tickets, please go to the Service Counter at the park on the day of your visit where the staff will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you. You will need to bring the following:

  1. The credit card used to purchase these tickets.
  2. Photo ID.
  3. Your email receipt or your order confirmation number.

If you do not have your receipt or an order confirmation number, a Service Counter staff will still be able to look up your order and print your tickets but you must have photo ID and the credit card that was used to purchase these tickets. Expect delays at the Service Counter if many people experience this difficulty (mostly when the park opens in the morning).

How can I look up my receipt or reprint my Print-N-Go order?
Once the purchase has been completed, you will receive an email. Keep this email as it will permit you to directly access your electronic receipt. To look up your receipt, enter the last four digits of your credit card number and your 10-digit telephone number. Once your receipt is shown, you can click the link to reprint your Print-N-Go order.

Can I pick up my order at the park?
This service is not available at this time.

What if I lose my Print-N-Go Ticket(s)?
If you have lost your tickets, please reprint your tickets by following the instructions in your email receipt. If you do not have an email receipt, please go to the Service Counter at the park on the day of your visit where a staff member will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you. You will need to bring the following:

  • The credit card used to purchase these tickets.
  • Photo ID.
  • Your email receipt or your order confirmation number.

Expect delays at the Service Counter if many people experience this difficulty (mostly when the park opens in the morning)

What if I don’t have my receipt or an order confirmation number?
If you do not have your receipt or an order confirmation number, the Service Counter staff will still be able to look up your order and print your tickets but you must have Photo ID and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets. Expect delays at the Service Counter if many people experience this difficulty (mostly when the park opens in the morning).

What if I made a mistake when ordering items from this site?
Please note:
Before you make your final purchase, carefully review your selections. La Ronde does not offer any exchanges, refunds or compensations.
The ecommerce call center staff cannot process a refund under any circumstances.
Our tickets are non-transferable. A ticket purchased for La Ronde is only accepted at La Ronde and at no other Six Flags park.

What can I do if I lose my season pass?
Go to the Service Counter with proper ID. A duplicate season pass will be issued to you for the cost of $10. Should you lose this duplicate also, a new one will have to be purchased at the current price. This privilege is offered only once during the season.

What can I do if I forget my season pass?
Go to the Service Counter with proper ID where you will receive a ticket saying “season pass forgotten”. Please note that there is a $5 fee for this service. This privilege is offered only once during the season.

How do I get my season passholder coupon book?
Pick up your passholder coupon book on your first visit to the park, while getting your picture taken. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you remember to take (or ask for) your coupon book while you are there as it will be impossible to go back and ask for another one once you have left the season pass premises.

Is my season pass membership transferable?
Season pass memberships are not transferable at any time and can only be used by the person it is issued to. Please be aware that unlawful practice is considered fraud and if found to engage in this activity the season passholder will be held liable and exposes himself/herself to being banished from the park for an undetermined amount of time as well as to lawsuits. The offenders will be expulsed from the site and the season pass will be cancelled without reimbursement. Criminal lawsuits could be undertaken. Click here to see rules and regulations.

Can I use my season pass at other parks?
Yes! Your season pass ID can be used at the other Six Flags Theme Parks after you have had your ID processed. A season pass voucher will not be accepted for admission at other parks. season pass ID’s can be processed at your “home” park when it opens in the spring. However, if you are planning to visit another park before La Ronde opens for the season, contact us and we will be glad to help you out with this.

Children’s Official Measurement.
Height restrictions are listed online and in our park map which you will receive when you enter La Ronde. You may also refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every ride. Children must wear appropriate footwear (their own sneakers or sandals) which must be kept on at all times. For safety reasons, the ride attendants have the last word when measuring the younger Guests.
